Digital Dilemmas Computer Support was originally started in 1997 in response to the need by small businesses for help with their computer systems.
If you are a small business operator, you will be acutely aware that you can spend just as much time installing, operating and maintaining your systems as you do on the job. This can result in lost or unproductive time which in turn costs you $$$$$$$$$.
About The Proprietor
Mick Moloney is in his 50's and has been around computers of one type or another since 1980. Mostely as a hobby which was transformed into a business in 1997.
Along the way he has studied extensively both technical and management subjects backed up by 5 years of practical management experience. He has also completed a Diploma of Information Technology at Ithaca TAFE.
What this means to you is that the person walking into your office is not a geek looking at bits and bytes, but a fellow business owner looking at your technical problem from a business perspective.
